2022 Organizational meeting Monday (April 18th). time 6:30 PM, at the masonic Lodge building in West Union.

Meeting this coming Monday (6/1/2020) at 6:30 PM at the Park.  This is a very important meeting, please attend if you feel comfortable doing so.

We will try to practice social distancing and we encourage everyone to bring a mask.

We’ll have our post 4th meeting this Thursday (7/11/19) at 7:00 PM, at the West Union Café-back room.  Eat if you want, (you buy our own meals).  We have the financial reports ready, and we’ll be reviewing this year’s event and making notes for improvements for next year.  PLEASE attend this meeting if you can.

Saturday (6/29/19) at 8:00 AM  – Power washing shelters and stage.

We’re having  meeting Tuesday Evening (July 2nd) at the park, 7:00 PM.

Reminders:

•        Please be working on collecting your Auction Items.
•        Keep me up to date on what you’ve collected and from whom (email me updates at atwood35@gmail.com)
•        If possible, please bring your items to me before the 4th of July so we can start inventory items.
•       Keep me posted if you call on vendors not on the master list (let me know if you need the list).  We want to avoid multiple people calling on the same businesses.

Raffle Ticket sales seem to be a little behind.  We still have Friday nights of June 21rst and June 28th if anyone wants to set up and try to sell some. These are usually good nights.

I’ll probably call a short meeting down at the park July 1rst or July 2nd just to make sure we ‘re ready to go!

4th Of July meeting scheduled this Thursday evening (6/13/19), at Earl’s here in West Union. We’ll be meeting in the back room at 7:00 PM.  If you want to eat before the meeting, be there around 6:30 PM.
